Partner Type: Financial services marketer running omnichannel lead generation programs with call center component

Challenge: Develop and deliver an all-inclusive omnichannel reporting and analytics platform that consolidates 10+ data sources into one Business Intelligence platform. Ensure mission-critical metrics – actual all-in costs of leads generated and attribution of omnichannel performance –are accurate, reliable and accessible 24/7/365. And, allow Partner to transition away from its current Microsoft PowerBI solution.

Solution: The Marketer selected MADTechBI Gold Package Marketer Suite that includes data onboarding capabilities (ETL and TEMS), up to 10 data integrations, multiple dashboards, platform training, and ongoing platform support.

Approach: iSOCRATES kicked-off the MADTechBI solution implementation by working with its Partner to document requirements, identify development priorities and develop a project plan to help guide the initiative. The project timeline goal from start to delivery of a BETA solution was 60 days. Daily internal standups and a weekly project status call with our Partner were scheduled to inform, update and share work to date with all stakeholders throughout the process.

The primary project requirements included integrating four data sources with MADTechBI via their available APIs. Those data sources were Hubspot (CRM platform), VICIdial (open-source contact center), Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Ads.

Three intial visualizations were identified based on the Partner’s current Microsoft PowerBI dashboards. iSOCRATES’ data visualization team matched the PowerBI views to accommodate a variety of end-users from executive leadership to call center employees.

The iSOCRATES team leveraged the agile methodology managing the development process in two main phases:
1) completing and testing the integrations, and
2) developing the required visualizations. Throughout the project, iSOCRATES collaborated with key Partner stakeholders to gain feedback and ensure all work in progress was on-track and meeting expectations. Prior to delivery, iSOCRATES generated login credentials for three different access levels and provided training with related documentation for the initial MADTechBI production launch.

Results: iSOCRATES delivered the MADTechBI Gold Package Marketer Suite on-time and on-budget for the Partner. Beyond consolidating multiple data streams, the MADTechBI solution solved and continues to solve a key Partner challenge: lack of trust in their previous solutions’ data.
