Challenge: A leading publisher in-house agency with many non-owned and operated supply and demand partners and a complex tech stack needed a way to unify its disparate data, create up-to-the-minute reporting and alerts, and focus on granular revenue, profit and audience insights.
Solution: The agency selected MADTechBI for Agencies Standard Version initially, then upgraded to Gold Version to add expanded capabilities and access.
Approach: The MADTechBI team integrated API and other data feeds including: LiveRamp, Neustar, Salesforce Data Studio (DMP), multiple DSPs, ESPs, and social media platforms. The team designed and built custom dashboards, scorecards, and alerts to meet the client-partner’s specific needs then optimized the system for the various stakeholders.
Results: The primary goal: realizing improved performance and coordination across client MarTech and AdTech campaigns, and the secondary goal: creating an easier, faster way to gain granular control over very disparate data. After six months using MADTechBI, this in-house omnichannel publisher agency has realized dramatic improvements in campaign scale, client service, data analysis, and insight-to-action.
